About the JWG Call for Partnerships
JWG is now accepting applications for partnerships working on Next Gen Infrastructure Development Projects across East African Country ( including Railways, Capacities Buildings, Green and Renewal Energy, Trade promotion, Import and Export etc. Specially for Food and Petrolium and lubricant product. JWG also working on climate mitigation or adaptation solutions in the areas of food, energy and water.
Partnerships must comprise at least one early-stage business and one nonprofit organization implementing in one of JWG -eligible partner Countries Of East Africa Burundi, Comoros, Djibouti, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Kenya, Madagascar, Malawi, Mauritius, Mozambique, Rwanda, Seychelles, Somalia, South Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda,Zambia,Zimbabwe
Applicants must provide services or products that contribute to
Cluster 1: Next Gen Infrastructure Development Projects across East African Country (including Railways, Capacities Buildings, Green and Renewal Energy, Trade promotion, Import and Export etc. Specially for Food and Petroleum and lubricant product.
Cluster 2: poverty alleviation, gender equity and economic growth in one of the following sub-sectors: climate-smart agriculture, food loss and waste, water resilience, zero emission mobility and renewable energy.
JWG Will provide grant funding and technical assistance to help the early-stage business in the partnership become investment ready. To be considered for the next funding round, partnerships should submit their proposal by March 8, 2024. All applications must be submitted in English.
